How can you charge this little?
We order lab work through a shared B2B platform at bulk rates, then price each test close to what it actually costs the lab to run. The small margin on every order covers our own platform fees — that’s the entire business model, no hidden markup.
Do I owe anything when I get to the lab?
No. You pay once here, and it covers both your tests and the blood draw itself. Nothing changes hands at the lab counter.
How long is my order good for?
A full year from the day it’s issued. There’s no rush to get to the lab — walk in whenever you’re ready. You can also order ahead and lock in today’s prices.
How fast do results come back?
Most markers post within about a week, each as it completes. Estradiol (ultrasensitive) and IGF-1 can take closer to two weeks. You’ll also receive one combined report once everything is back.
Do I need to make an account?
Yes. Your order form and results are protected behind a one-time sign-in link sent to the email you order under. There’s no password to remember and no app to download.
Can I use insurance or an HSA/FSA card?
We don’t bill insurance, and HSA/FSA cards can’t be run at checkout. Pay with a regular card, then email us for an itemized receipt you can submit for reimbursement.
What do I bring to the lab?
Bring the requisition emailed to you after checkout and a photo ID that matches the name and date of birth on the order. The required physician authorization is already included.
Where do I actually get my blood drawn?
Any Labcorp or Quest location. No appointment is required, though booking one is recommended if you want to skip the line.
Do I need to prep beforehand?
Fast for 8–12 hours if any selected tests call for it; water is fine. Stop biotin or B-complex supplements about 3 days before your draw, since biotin can skew some results. Morning draws are preferred for hormone testing.
Do I need a doctor to order my labs?
No. Your order already includes physician authorization. The only trip you make is to the lab for the draw.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes, any time before your blood draw. Cancellations are refunded minus a processing fee, typically $20–$50 based on order size. Once blood is drawn, the order is final.
Forgot to add a test to your order?
We can usually add it before your draw for that test’s price plus a $5 fee. Email orders@cheapeasylabs.com with your order number and the test you want added.
